User License Agreement

Studio time & date is confirmed with receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit (or the minimum hourly booking requirement whichever is the greater amount) and the balance in full due at the conclusion of the recording session. The Track Studio reserves the right to retain audio recordings until all payments are made in full. Payments must be made to the attention of: The Track Studio payable by cash, check, money order, or our online merchant account. Once the deposit is received, confirmation will be made by the studio to the client via email within 24 hours of booking and becomes final at that time. If a purchase order is required, the client must furnish the appropriate information to the studio, including: contact name, address, telephone number, fax, email, and purchase order number. Only purchase orders approved by the studio owner in advance will be honored, and studio time granted, to the respective artists using the purchase orders.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made directly to The Track Studio at least 48 hours prior to the first session of a scheduled booking and 12 hours in advance of any follow up sessions. Clients will be charged for any expenses incurred by the studio preparing for studio time prior to a booking being canceled.

Your session begins at the time you initial approval of your session starting time and includes equipment setup, tuning, and instrument transfer. The session engineer shall assist in setup if one is included in the project booking & payment. Session time continues without interruption with exceptions due only to studio equipment malfunction, power outage, or other delays beyond the client’s control. Charges will continue to accrue for bouncing songs, tape transfer, and song track downloading. If your session exceeds your pre-paid number of hours you will be billed for incremental time, in 15-minute increments, at the conclusion of the session before being issued your master recordings. At the conclusion of your session you must vacate the recording area so that other clients may conduct their sessions else your billable time will continue to accrue in 15-minute increments.

The Track Studio provides hard drive backup for the convenience of its customers, however we encourage clients and their respective engineers to also bring backup mediums for projects. At no time should sessions be stored on the computer drives or desktops at the studio. Further, the studio accepts no responsibility for material lost or damaged due to malfunction of hard drives provided by the studio for clients. The studio accepts no responsibility for any song material left on studio hard drives after completion of the client sessions and reserves the right to delete such material after the session is completed.

1. No smoking is permitted inside the building premises.
2. No firearms or weapons are permitted in the studio.
3. Food and drinks should be consumed in designated areas only
4. Hours of operations: appointment only.
5. Due to building occupancy restrictions, studio reserves the right to limit guests of clients.
