We seek out music instructors that can balance the key elements of successful training and coaching, namely the following attributes:
1. Proficiency in playing the instruments they teach.
2. Being active in the local music scene to set the proper example for the student.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills to connect and inspire the student.
4. Having a solid music background, either being a music major in college or similar technical preparation.
5. Adherence to our studio objective with regards to instruction, specifically Practice, Accountability,
Rehearsal-Recital-Recording….the PARRR approach.
